DELIVERY TIME

Though we will begin processing your order within 24 hours from our receipt of your order, please allow fifteen (15) business days for delivery. Orders ship complete so one item can delay an order. Please let us know if you have a delivery deadline by adding a note to the order at check out.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

ImageExchange accepts....Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Paypal, and Amazon checkout. The charge will read: ImageExchange.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is calculated on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.

Shipping is through USPS, UPS or FedEx. International Orders, please read the header entitled: International Orders.

Our website is safe and secure. However, US residents may also order by telephone at 888-982-2200.

ORDER BY FAX or MAIL

If placing an order by fax or mail please use the website to create your order form. Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart as if you were going to complete your order online. Click on the Finalize Order button and the site will ask for your name, address and billing information. Please provide the requested information and click the Print button on your browser.

SALES TAX / CUSTOMS DUTIES

-Customers may be charged sales tax based upon their delivery zipcode.
-International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs. These will be collected by the destination country's customs office and payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount will still be charged to the customer.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Exact exchanges will be made on damaged, defective products or incorrect products. If the shipping tube or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately or by telephone at 888-982-2200.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us, undamaged, for a refund of the cost of the item within 30 days of receipt. Clothing that has been worn or washed may not be returned. Please contact us for a RMA and our return mailing address.

Please include the following information with the return:
-Your Name, address, email, phone number and order number
-Request either Refund or Exchange
-Reason for Refund or Exchange
-If Exchange include new size / item (exchange only for equal or lesser value)


In addition to insuring your return, we highly recommend that the order be sent with Delivery Confirmation. Should our Returns Dept not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a credit.

Credits on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to ship any requested items.

Items that are returned to our warehouse as non-deliverable by UPS (US domestic orders only) or returned after 3 delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will attempt to honor all international orders. The following restrictions and charges will apply...

  • International shipping by FedEx has a base charge of $17.50 to Canada and $33 to other countries. Due to size or package weight additional charges may apply. If required, you will be contacted by email prior to shipment for approval of the adjusted order total.
  • Please note we may ship your order via UPS.
  • Orders shipped via FedEx / UPS will be insured and should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
  • Postal orders are not insured and delivery time varies.
  • The customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties.
  • Refused shipments will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
  • We may request that proof of identification and credit card ownership be faxed or e-mailed.
